1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RenoAI, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

RenoAI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

• Service: The RenoAI platform and its AI image generation and design visualization tools
• AI Image: One completed image generated using RenoAI
• Subscription: A recurring paid plan with monthly image limits
• Top-Up: A one-time purchase of additional images
• Seat: A user account with individual login access

3. Subscription & Usage

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of AI images per billing cycle.
• Subscription images reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Unused subscription images do not roll over to the next cycle.
• Images are consumed first from subscription allocations and then from available top-up images.

4. Seats & Account Access

• Individual plans allow access for one user only.
• Team and Agency plans allow multiple seats with a shared image pool.
• Account sharing beyond the permitted seat count is not allowed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

RenoAI may suspend or restrict access if misuse, abuse, or unauthorized account sharing is detected.

5. Top-Up Images

• Top-Up images are one-time purchases.
• They are used only after subscription images are exhausted.
• Top-Up images do not reset and remain valid until consumed (or until a stated long-term expiry, if applicable).
• Top-Up purchases are non-refundable once accessed or used.

6. Fair Usage Policy

RenoAI is designed for normal professional human usage.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Automated, scripted, or bot-driven image generation
• Reselling RenoAI image generation as a standalone service
• Sharing accounts across multiple individuals or organizations beyond allowed seats
• Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts platform performance, stability, or other users
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform or AI systems

Normal professional usage is never restricted.

7. Commercial License

All paid plans include a commercial license.

You may use generated images for:

• Client projects
• Marketing materials and presentations
• Commercial interior design, real-estate, and visualization work

You are solely responsible for:

• Client approvals
• Regulatory compliance
• Verifying suitability of designs for real-world execution

8. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
• One-time purchases (including top-ups and pilot packs) are non-refundable once accessed or used.

9. Service Availability

• RenoAI aims to provide high service availability on a best-effort basis.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
• Temporary slowdowns, maintenance windows, or outages may occur.
• Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only where explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

RenoAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RenoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• RenoAI is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made using AI-generated outputs
• RenoAI does not guarantee accuracy, realism, or suitability of generated designs

RenoAI’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the applicable billing period.

11. AI Outputs & Professional Disclaimer

AI-generated images are conceptual visual representations intended for planning and inspiration only.

RenoAI does not provide:

• Architectural
• Engineering
• Construction
• Interior contracting
• Professional consulting services

Users must independently validate measurements, feasibility, costs, and compliance before executing any renovation or design decisions.

12. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, algorithms, models, interfaces, branding, and content are the exclusive property of RenoAI or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and generated images, subject to RenoAI’s limited license to process such content solely for providing the Service.

13. Termination of Access

RenoAI may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For misuse or abuse of the Platform
• For non-payment of fees
• To comply with legal obligations

Users may stop using RenoAI at any time by discontinuing access.

14. Third-Party Services

RenoAI may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, cloud providers, analytics tools, or external links.

RenoAI is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services, which are governed by their respective terms and policies.

15. Changes to Terms

RenoAI may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
